Community Meeting RoomConnect with staff from the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, try out innovative assistive technology, and learn more about local resources for those with vision loss.
Meet the CNIB Mobile Hub – a new program delivery model where we visit your community to deliver in-person programming at no cost to you.
At the Hub, you can participate in recreational and social activities, hands-on technology training, and more. Our free programs are designed to educate, entertain, and engage community members who are blind or partially sighted as well as their families, friends, and caregivers. While registering is strongly encouraged, walk-ins are also welcome.

- 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. – CNIB SmartLife (Assistive Technology) Shop (credit or debit only)
- 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 am – Welcome
- 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Intro to Assistive Technology
- 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. – Pizza Lunch
- 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Peer Support Group
- 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. – Light Refreshments and Social
