SRC: Take-a-Leaf Family Yoga

Community Meeting RoomLittle ones and parents alike are welcome for this story-themed yoga adventure.
Yoga is intertwined with stories, games and songs to engage young children in all aspects of traditional yoga - asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), meditation. Parents join their little ones and share in the fun, bringing out their inner child and enjoying the benefits of a yoga class too.
Important notes:
- Please register each participating member of your family individually! It's important we know how many people to expect in total so we have room for everyone.
- Wear comfy clothes you can move in.
- Optional water bottle and own yoga mat.
About Hannah and Take a Leaf:
Hannah is a 240-hour certified yoga teacher focused on weaving nature, kindness and joy into her active classes for kids and adults of all ages and abilities. Hannah hopes to create an inclusive, safe and welcoming space for all individuals.
