Community Meeting RoomJoin us at the Squamish Public Library as we welcome back local author Nora Ryan. Nora is launching her newest novel: Nell’s Quiet Revolution.
Nora will be reading from the book, as well as answering questions about the story and her writing process.
Nell is starting to lose faith. The family keeps expanding, it’s getting harder to make ends meet and her husband is stuck in a rut. It’s time to make a change, get a job and find some contraceptives. Good luck, Nell, it’s the 1970’s and you’re in Catholic, Ireland.
Nell’s Quiet Revolution takes the reader into the heart of a family’s life and one woman's determined effort to change its trajectory.
Books will be available for sale at this event.
