Kids ages 0-14: Pick up your reading record and join in the summer reading fun!
School is out, and the Squamish Library is launching its annual Summer Reading Club on June 25th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm! This program is designed for kids ages 0-14, and encourages reading all summer long.
This year's theme is Under the Sea!
Come into the library for:
At the Launch Party you can pick up an 8-week summer reading record to help you keep track of your reading this summer, as well as giveaways like bookmarks and stickers.
A library card is needed to sign up for Summer Reading Club and win prizes. If you don't have one already, you can sign up at the Launch Party or any other time throughout the summer. Likewise, you can register for Summer Reading Club at anytime after June 25th, but doing so at the Launch Party means you're set to start earning prizes as soon as possible! Please being your library card or ID to the launch party, or whenever you decide to register.
Stay tuned for weekly events throughout the summer; these include performances, crafts, movies, workshops, experiential learning, and more to inspire you to keep reading!
