Start your year with a gentle, restorative meditation workshop open to all experience levels.

In this New Year–themed session, you’ll learn how to cultivate a compassionate meditation practice—one that supports you through stress, strengthens emotional resilience, and feels good to return to again and again. You’ll leave with simple tools you can use anytime to feel more grounded, centered, and calm.

Carolyn Green is a meditation teacher and holistic wellness coach with more than 20 years of experience in vedic meditation and holistic wellness wisdom, along 15 years of with ayurveda, yoga and mind-body healing. She specializes in helping people cultivate inner calm, resilience, and self-compassion through grounded, accessible practices. Carolyn teaches classes, workshops, and retreats that blend ancient wisdom, nature-based wisdom, and practical tools for modern life.
