Join Michael Allen to learn about Squamish River watershed wildlife!
Join us at the library as we welcome back Michael Allen for his spring update about wildlife activity in the Sea-to-Sky. With the high return of salmon last fall, this spring will be easier for bears. This update will focus on spring behaviour of bears, including the science of rub trees, survival and abundance of known bears, and cub production. We will also look at newly captured images of moose, mountain lions, wolves and wolverines.
Please only register for one date, as these events are popular and we want lots of people to have the opportunity to attend.
Conveniently located downtown, the Squamish Public Library has a large meeting room, quiet study spaces, an outdoor pickup window, and an art gallery.
