Community Meeting RoomJoin us at the library for a creative workshop where you will create a handmade journal.
A gentle, community-based workshop designed to support everyday well‐being through writing, reflection, and connection. Participants will create a simple handmade journal, take part in an easy reflective literacy activity, and practice a basic breathwork technique to support clarity, calm, and confidence in daily life.
All materials are provided.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:
Anjila Clark is a creative facilitator and Passion to Lead volunteer who guides participants in making their own journals and exploring simple writing practices for everyday clarity and well‑being. Her approach is hands‑on, welcoming, and rooted in creativity and connection.
Loretta Cella is a HeartBreath™ Therapist, senior professional coach and author who has spent two decades working across 14 countries helping people from all walks of life to create greater clarity, connection, and ease in their lives. She is the founder of Passion to Lead Society, owner of BreathWorks Studio, and author of with Heart: Living, Leading, and Relating through Coherence. Loretta will be guiding the meditation and reflective writing portion of this workshop.
