Please join us for this gentle workshop, to connect with yourself and others as we cross the thresholds of the seasons, together.
Join Heather Hendrie and Julia Bursey of True Nature Wilderness Therapy for an engaging, interactive workshop to support a shift to shorter days and longer nights.
Heather is a Wilderness Therapist and award-winning writer of the Awfully Hilarious book series that aims to tackle taboo topics through humour and Julia is an avid mountain runner and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in Squamish.
Through True Nature Wilderness Therapy, Heather & Julia offer walk and talk sessions on trail, as well as virtual counselling support across BC and beyond to help you “come home to yourself”.
Conveniently located downtown, the Squamish Public Library has a large meeting room, quiet study spaces, an outdoor pickup window, and an art gallery.
