Community Meeting Room

For kids in grades K, 1, 2, and 3 and their families.

At Family Hour, kids in grades K-3 and their families are invited to the library for an hour of fun!

This week we will be playing with cardboard and Makedo!

Makedo is a reusable kit for creating and constructing projects using cardboard. Cardboard will be provided. All Makedo parts will need to be disassembled and left at the library after the program.

Can't come to this program, but still want to play? The library lends out a Makedo kit that you can use at home!

Registration details:

  • An adult must attend this event with their child.
  • Register each person who will be in attendance.
  • Space is limited, so please register to ensure there is a spot for you!

  • Accessible, all-genders washroom.
  • Ramp entrance to building with handrails.
  • Masks welcome.
